To take the UIA flight from Copenhagen to Cairo, at Copenhagen Airport, you would need to board either flight PS162 or PS164 to Kyiv Boryspil Airport. Once in Kyiv, take flight PS395 to Cairo International Airport. In the opposite direction, take flight PS396 from Egypt to Ukraine and either flight PS161 or PS163 from Ukraine to Denmark (same airports for the reverse route).
